Early Care and Education

In 2025, neighborimpact continued to invest in capacity building in the childcare industry. Using proceeds of an $8 million investment by the oregon legislature in 2023, neighborimpact has created 1500+ new childcare slots and has established 82 new and going concern childcare businesses.

Housing

In 2025, neighborimpact in conjunction with the regional housing authority, housing works, opened cleveland commons, the region's first permanent supportive housing complex. Neighborimpact leased the underlying property to an LLC operated by the two organizations, making construction in bend, oregon, possible.

Food Services and Warehouse Construction

In 2025, neighborimpact opened a new food warehouse nearly four times the size of its original warehouse. With this new warehouse, the food bank will be able to better serve the more than 1 million annual visitors to the organization's 57 partner food pantries.
