Encore Community Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to older adults in the clinton, times square, and midtown communities, as well as any elderly individuals who seek assistance. Our mission is to serve those who are vulnerable, frail, experiencing homelessness, homebound, or facing social isolation. We strive to meet their daily needs, enabling them to live independently with dignity in a safe, non-institutional, and compassionate environment. Through a commitment to nurturing, respect, and empowerment, Encore enhances the quality of life for older adults, ensuring they remain connected to the Community and receive the care they deserve.

Home-delivered mealssince 1977, encore prepares and delivers meals to thousands of older adults who are often home-bound and live alone. Encore provides home-delivered meals on the west side of manhattan from 14TH street to 110TH street, from 5TH ave to the river and several other select areas.

Encore community services' older adult wellness programs offer essential supplemental and support services designed to help older new yorkers maintain their independence within the community.

Mental Health Program

Mental health program provides on-site counseling and an integrated system of supportive care for residents that are diagnosed with a mental illness in order to live successfully in the community. This program is supported primarily by a grant from the new york city department of health and mental hygiene.
