Encore Community Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to older adults in the clinton, times square, and midtown communities, as well as any elderly individuals who seek assistance. Our mission is to serve those who are vulnerable, frail, experiencing homelessness, homebound, or facing social isolation. We strive to meet their daily needs, enabling them to live independently with dignity in a safe, non-institutional, and compassionate environment. Through a commitment to nurturing, respect, and empowerment, Encore enhances the quality of life for older adults, ensuring they remain connected to the Community and receive the care they deserve.

Senior Wellness

Provide a variety of supplemental and support services to older new yorkers that are vital to maintaining an elderly person's independence in the community. These programs include arts, educational, and recreational activities, shop and escort; friendly visiting program; telephone assurance and case management assistance.

Mental Health Program

Provides on-site counseling and an integrated system of supportive care for encore 49 residents that are diagnosed with a mental illness in order to live successfully in the community. This program is supported primarily by a grant from the new york city department of health and mental hygiene.
