In 2023, over 4,824 hours of volunteer time was contributed to accomplish tax-aid's mission. Through april 30, 2023, 493 tax-aid volunteers prepared 2022 federal and state income tax returns for 1,101 low-income taxpayers in the san francisco bay area generating tax refunds of 955,735.
