LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. Developed 19 new leaders through local campaigns, actions programs. 99 volunteer leaders participated in 1 of 2 Delegate Assemblies a Leaders Retreat. Trained 35 people from 5 different institutions at our 2-part virtual, 1-part in person Foundations of Organizing training.

CHILDCARE CAMPAIGN. Our childcare team of 20 plus volunteer leaders focused on the burnout and unsupported mental health within the childcare industry which is creating instability for the workforce, parents and children.

INDIGENOUS RELATIONS-- TRAINING ACTION. A new team was founded with 13 leaders. The mission is to understand the truth and ongoing impacts of colonization, and the role weve played in it, build right relationships with indigenous people and communities, and identify collective action for the common good.
