Disaster Relief

To assist salon professionals in rebuilding their lives following the devastation of a natural disaster. In 2024, we disbursed $427,320 to aid 822 beauty professionals in their recovery from the TN tornado, ca rain, hurricane helene, hurricane milton, iowa flooding, hurricane francine, mi tornado, hurricane ernesto, nebraska tornado…

Scholarships

We offered eight continuing education scholarship offerings: lifetime member, kendell ong, simply business, ivy, k18, milady, rosy salon software, my salon suite. The reuben carranza leadership scholarship provides leadership development training to awarded professional beauty association staff.

Cut IT Out

To build awareness of domestic abuse across the country and train salon professionals to recognize warnings signs and safely refer clients to local resources. In 2024, the strength in beauty grant awarded $27,550 in funding to 19 domestic violence survivors in need of financial & job placement assistance.
