In 2024, one iowa provided community education to 1500 individuals about issues related to the LGBTQ+ community and LGBTQ+ advocacy. This education increases understanding of the community and supports organizations and individuals in developing safe spaces for LGBTQ+ iowans.

In 2024, one iowa continued to develop the largest LGBTQ+ resource guide in the state of iowa on its website. This guide includes mental health providers, healthcare providers, hotlines and other guides to support LGBTQ+ iowans and their allies.

In 2024, one iowa graduate 18 LGBTQ+ individuals from its LGBTQ leadership institute, which increases capacity for LGBTQ+ organizing in iowa and builds community with leaders from across the state
