Outreach Connected with LGBTQ Iowans across the state of Pride Week activities provided educational presentations about LGBTQ issues to Iowa businesses and other organizations. Administered grant-funded program for reducing social isolation among older LGBT individuals and for LGBTQ Health Wellness.

Workplace Culture Summits brought Iowa employers together to raise consciousness of equity issues in the workplace. LGBTQ individuals often face barriers to employment. This jeopardizes their access to health care, housing, and economic independence. Our Summits seek to change the culture to be more inclusive of the LGBTQ community.

Completed third year of LGBTQ Leadership Insitute, empowering 10 leaders to be more authentic and develop their personal leadership style. This program is d esigned to get more LGBTQ Iowans into leadership positions throughout the state of Iowa.
