PRISMS provides support to our SMS community in a number of ways in including phone and email support, information sharing newsletters, annual reports, webinars, awareness materials, informational packets, and a shared community Facebook Group for family support.

PRISMS continued to support the PCRC PRISMS Clinics and Research Consortium. SMS Clinics provide multi-specialty, comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with SMS. PCRC also offers families the opportunity to carry home treatment recommendations to share with their local providers.

PRISMS hosted the 12th Smith-Magenis Syndrome Research Symposium in Boulder, Colorado on September 25-26, 2025. The symposium brought together researchers from around the world to share and collaborate on research about Smith-Magenis Syndrome.
