Low Income Housing Rental & Tenant Support Services
Provide training to tenants in the areas of budgeting, property maintenance, responsible family living and community involvement. Development of additional low income housing rentals. Approximately 1,345 lives were impacted in 2024.

St. Louis County Downpayment and Closing Cost Assistance
Program whereby low to moderate income individuals may apply for downpayment and closing cost assistance to assist in securing financing arrangements to purchase a home. 46 DOWNPAYMENT/CLOSING cost loans were issued during 2024. The program revenue amount includes program service fees only.
