School Empowerment Network (sen) is a non-profit organization that leverages the power of strong School leadership and design to dramatically improve options and outcomes for students. We DO this by helping School districts develop home-grown and self-sustaining leadership pipelines to rapidly improve student achievement, as well as by recruiting, training, and supporting School entrepreneurs to open new, high-performing schools.
