We DO this by helping School districts develop home-grown and self-sustaining leadership pipelines to rapidly improve student achievement, as well as by recruiting, training, and supporting School entrepreneurs to open new, high-performing schools.

Sen partners with southbridge public schools (SPS) to facilitate the redesign of the district's secondary schools. The goal of this partnership is to provide a rigorous and coherent 6-12 experience for SPS students that, over time, culminates in increased student attendance, enrollment, engagement, and outcomes.
