Professional med team ambulance (pro-med), is a nationally accredited not-for-profit community service that was created in 1986. Pro-med responds to 9-1-1 emergency calls in muskegon county. It also responds to requests for non-emergency ambulance transportation between health care facilities in muskegon and ottawa counties.
