Traumatic Brain Injury

To assist in the mental and physical development, habilitation, rehabilitation, and employment of individuals with traumatic brain injuries through the provision of at-home community based services.

To provide supports and services to assist individuals with disabilities and seniors toward successful inclusion in the community. Participants may come from a nursing facility or other institution (transition), or choose to participate to prevent institutionalization (diversion).

NVS is approved through the nys department of health to provide a pca training center to certified individuals as home healthcare workers. This training is provided by the nurse on staff and is a non- reimbursable program.
