Scholarships were awarded to young women to attend summer programs at leading institutions of higher education. Grants included funds for tuition, room, board, travel and sundry expenses. The foundation also helped arrange additional financial aid for its scholars.

The foundation held a series of free virtual and in person programming for high school students from the midwest on topics ranging from financing your education to forming your college list, preparing for your summer program and advocating for yourself in the college application process.
