Client Services

Provides care coordination, care system navigation, referral to resources, client advisory advocacy, housing services, nutritional support, treatment EDUCATION/ADVOCACY to individuals living with hiv, and other chronic illnesses and their families.

Provides hiv and hepatitis c prevention interventions using researched and proven best practices tailored to specific populations, I.E. Men who have sex with men, women of color, injection drug users, active substance abusers, and incarcerated individuals.
