Child Education

The head start program is a child development program that provides eligible children with a comprehensive educational experience designed for economically disadvantaged pre-school AND/OR handicapped children.

Provides services and benefits that counteract conditions of starvation and malnutrition; provides oversight services to children and adult food programs and provides nutrition to economically disadvantaged children and adults; provides nutritious meals to seniors 60 and older at both senior centers and through home delivered meals.
