Mosaic at Home

Referred to in various states as host homes or shared living, mosaic at home offers an alternative to group settings for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (idd) who are looking for a more personalized 24/7 residential service under medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) waiver services.
