Early Childhood and Family Support

Education and support to improve parenting, strengthen families, prevent child abuse, and neglect, and ensure the healthy development of children are provided in homes and through family resource centers throughout NH.

Intensive home-based programs in partnership with the division of children, youth, and families to restore positive family functioning for youth and families involved with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems as well as voluntary services for families that are at risk to stabilize families.

Homeless Youth and Young Adults

A continuum of care designed to support youth and young adults (12-25) in exiting homelessness and finding long-term independence and stability. Services feature street-based outreach, basic needs fulfillment at dropin centers, crisis intervention, educational and vocational advocacy, housing, and case management.
