Global Grant Programs

The current goal of the global grant program is to protect the basic needs of employees and retirees who are facing financial emergencies. The long-term goal is to do the same, with expanded global reach and strong referrals to other resources to address underlying causes of financial instability.

Red Tab Savers Program

The current goal of the program is to incentivize hourly employees to save their own money to build a financial safety net. The long-term goal is to do the same at a greater scale. Early in fiscal year 2025, our U.S. Red tab savers program was paused, but 182 employees earned almost $37,000 in match rewards by saving their own money.

Interest-Free Emergency Loans

Interest-free loans are offered to employees in circumstance where the need is more of a cash flow issue than a true financial emergency. In fiscal year 2025, red tab foundation disbursed 25 loans totaling $11,430.
