Global grant programsthe current goal of the global grant program is to protect the basic needs of employees and retirees who are facing financial emergencies. The long-term goal is to do the same, with expanded global reach and strong referrals to other resources to address underlying causes of financial instability.

Red tab savers programthe current goal of the program is to incentivize hourly employees to save their own money to build a financial safety net. The long-term goal is to do the same at a greater scale.

Interest-free emergency loansinterest-free loans are offered to employees in circumstances where the need is more of a cash flow issue than a true financial emergency. In fiscal year 2024, 11 employees were issued no-interest loans totaling $8,081.
