Direct student support remains critical to keeping students in school and succeeding as they recover from the effects of the pandemic and a tough housing market. The student emergency fund assisted with basic needs, housing and food insecurity.

The los rios colleges foundation provided support to collegedepartments and programs during the 2022-23 academic year. These resources allow college faculty, staff and administrators to improve existing programs, experiment with new and innovative approaches and support student success.

Thanks to generous corporate and individual donors, LRCF continued to remove barriers for students through the promise initiative. The los rios promise scholarships provided $500 awards to first time, full time students with high financial need.
