Our core program is the movement community model which is an eight week, movement-based grief group for individuals who have experienced life-disrupting loss. Each group, led by a trained facilitator, brings together 10-20 grievers in a supportive, peer-based setting. The program is offered free of charge.

In 2025, e-motion continued advancing grief literacy through education and training programs designed to equip professionals and communities with practical tools and language to better support people navigating loss.

In addition to movement communities, e-motion offers direct-to-griever programs designed to expand access to connection and support for people navigating LOSS.RX to feel: RX to feel is e-motion's self-guided audio series created by and for grievers, intended to be experienced while in motion.
