Grants--community grants are awarded annually to other madison community non-profit organizations. The community grants are generally paid out within one year of award. However, the grants are generally awarded in march of each year and many grants have not been paid out at the end of the foundation's fiscal year.

Scholarships--the foundation's scholarships program provides four-year college scholarship assistance to selected students. The scholarship committee annually works to select students in accordance with the wishes of the donors.

Youth awards and programs--through its youth awards, the foundation recognizes dane county high school students in multiple achievement categories. Each student receives a certificate and a monetary award from the foundation.
