Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Formula funds (CFDA 17.258, 17.259, and 17.278). These federal grant programs provide training and support to individuals who have lost their jobs, have barriers to finding employment or do not have the basic skills needed to obtain employment.

WIA National Emergency Grants (CFDA 17.277). This is the Opioid Disaster NDWG and the QUEST Disaster Recovery DWG. The Opioid grant focused on outreach to opioid-impacted and at-risk individuals, connecting 235 participants to career services, training, work experience, and supportive services, with 129 entering unsubsidized employment.
