Where the work happens
Operation school bell provides pre k-8 students with new school clothes, backpacks, and shoes. Children attending uniform schools receive a hoodie, 3 uniforms, underwear, socks, shoes, and a backpack from our program facility. Children attending non-uniform schools receive a voucher worth $100 to exchange at one of 8 target events.
Starting over supplies partners with 41 social service agencies and other charitable organizations in tucson to provide kits of basic new household supplies to individuals and families who have left shelters and abusive situations to live independently.
Assault survivor kits helps restore dignity to survivors of physical, sexual and emotional assault with clothing, toiletry kits, and snacks. Assistance league of tucson joins with the southern arizona center against sexual assault (sacasa), southern arizona child advocacy center (sacac), and emerge! To allow the healing process to begin.
