The work through Networking and Conferences is aimed at directly engaging with local government officials and community-based organizations to put children at the center of disaster planning and response. The Organizing and Preparedness work helps engage a network of local government and community groups to build emergency action plans and train volunteers and emergency managers to provide care for children in wake of natural disasters.
