Broixy Fellowship

Our brioxylife fellowship trains black innovators (nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs) to create and develop community based organizations. Selected and trained 62 brioxy fellows, and provided grant funding.

The house of sedulo (hos) is an artistic residency and performance space for emerging and established black creatives. The hos was baltimores first residency designed around black artists. We hosted community residencies for 7 artists and supported community creative immersives for local creatives.

Through our community organizing program we collaborated with over 45 community partners across the city (either in the neighborhood or virtually). As a hub for health practitioners, farmers, food justice activists and chefs we have realized that supporting leaders is actually about supporting their network.
