Construction on harmony apartments in jefferson city was completed during the 2022 fiscal year. The facility houses 15 subsidized apartments, as well as an administrative unitand a common meeting room. During fiscal year 2022, rent subsidies totaling 13,392 were received from new horizons community support services.

Four duplex units at the mckee development site in columbia missouri were completed in 2020 and 2021. These duplexes were rented to 8 qualifying individuals. Rent subsidies of 37,731 were received from new horizons community support services.

The columbia business loop development has been purchased to construct subsidized rental property. Demolition and construction activities on the new facility began in the june 30, 2022 fiscal year.
