Two duplex units at the mckee development site in columbia missouri were completed in june 2020 and were rented to 4 qualifying individuals in july 2020. Rent subsidies of 22,912 were received from new horizons community support services.
The columbia business loop development has been purchased to construct subsidized rental property. However, because of covid and emergency housing shortages, the existing motel was leased to the columbia interfaith resource center and used to house homeless individuals under that organization's homeless coalition program.
Construction on harmony apartments in jefferson city is well underway at june 30, 2021. The facility is expected to be completed in february 2022 and will house 15 subsidized apartments, as well as an administrative unit and a common meeting room.
