In collaboration with the us navy during nyc fleet week the wvi dolphin foundation organizes a special "parade of ships" event viewing of the incoming navy fleet along with the military order of the purple heart (moph), a congressionally chartered veteran service organization (vso) supporting our combat wounded heroes.
