RUNNING2BWELL was formally established in 2018 with a mission to help at-risk individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues improve their lives through regular exercise and healthier life choices. Scientific studies have repeatedly shown that regular exercise is an effective preventive measure and treatment for these issues.
