Where the work happens
Leadership Academy
An intensive, nine-month, statewide, cohort-based leadership training program for legal and community leaders. Participants engage in approximately 10 days of training in virtual retreats and also engage in in-between retreat reading, preparation, and webinars.
Race Equity Justice Initiative
Provide staffing and coordination to a volunteer-based network of legal system stakeholders who come together for learning and accountability around anti-racism and ending racism within the law justice system. Activities included hosting bi-monthly meetings, webinars on equity and antiracism, and the development of written resources.
Internship Program
The purpose of this effort is to create meaningful opportunities for university students to engage with a nonprofit organization in a hands-on, supportive environment. Through this experience, interns are able to learn and practice new skills that will support their academic growth and strengthen their professional development.
