Leadership Equity Related Training, Coaching and Facilitation

A one-time training or meeting/retreat facilitation, ongoing organizational coaching, and/or executive coaching focused on race equity, leadership skills, and organizational development. JustLead operated entirely virtually from March - December 2020, reaching over 600 advocates around Washington State in 2020.

Leadership Academy

A nine-month, statewide, cohort-based leadership training program for legal and community leaders. Participants engage in approximately 10 days of training over the course of 4 in person and virtual retreats and also engage in in-between retreat reading, preparation, and webinars.

Provide staffing and coordination to a volunteer-based network of legal system stakeholders who come together for learning and accountability around anti-racism and ending racism within the law justice system.
