Our Housing Program is a low barrier affordable housing community for the chronically homeless of Midland, Texas. Through a community first approach, we empower and dignify residents to live fruitful and fulfilling lives.

Glean Up is our low barrier, work-first program providing currently homeless friends an opportunity to earn cash for picking up trash in Midland. Glean Up crew members are given case management, job search assistance, and discipleship. Our Glean Up program is not a full-time job, but rather a stepping stone to secure gainful employment.
