Client Services

Refresh provided community paramedicine, community health worker, and tower garden services to clients in southern indiana. The community paramedicine program had 482 encounters in the july 1ST, 2024, to june 30TH, 2025 timeframe. These encounters include visits with the CHW, medication reconciliation, and follow-up care with paramedics.

Preventative Services

From july 1ST, 2024, to june 30TH, 2025, prevention staff provided hiv testing for 371 individuals. Additionally, we tested 313 individuals for hepatitis c. Following these tests, we provided essential resources and referrals to ensure continuity of care and support.
