The WCRC was awarded a grant from the usda natural resources conservation service to perform stream restoration construction implementation coordination for projects on the west fork white river. The WCRC will provide 25% cost-share match towards the project via non-federal project partner contributions.

Mitigation Bank Beaver ( Sub Program of Wff)

In 2012 the WCRC established the WFWR mitigation bank. This program was implemented to offset unavoidable impacts to water resources that result from third-party actions related to land development activities in the region.

The WCRC received a grant from the usda-natural resources conservation service to implement stream restoration and other best management practices to reduce sediment inputs and improve water quality within a sub-area of the west fork white river watershed (WFWR).
