Social Enterprise
Alongside ongoing support for alumni, GCF designs and operates sectoral training and employment initiatives via our social enterprise where we secure fee-for-service contracts and hire back our graduates as employees while building their professional skills and generating unrestricted funding for the organization.

GCF is committed to supporting alumni of its service corps as they transition into full-time work or school following service.
