The child and adult care food program (cacfp) is a federal program that provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children who are enrolled for care at participating family daycare homes. Cacfp also provides reimbursement for meals served to children in family daycare homes ages to 13 with proper paperwork.
