The child and adult care food program cacfp is a federal program that provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children who are enrolled for care at participating family daycare homes. Cacfp also provides reimbursement for meals servied to children in family daycare homes ages to 13 with proper paperwork.

Single family acquisition rehab provides funds to purchase 3 bedroom homes in areas designated as being in need of available affordable housing for low income familiies as well as disabled veterans or handicaped individuals. The homes are purchased and then rented at below market rental rates.

Income qualified clients very low to low incomes with very good credit history can qualify for a usda rural development 33 to 38 year low interest mortgage to construct a new energy efficient single family home.
