Administrative careers training (formerly named job training and placement):program structure: prepares job seekers for administrative careers by combining computer training with life skills, paid work experience, case management, mental health services, career counseling, placement assistance, and long-term alumni services.

Program structure: provides career development, case management, and job placement services in antioch and in bay point, as part of sparkpoint contra costa. Impact: in FY2020-21, 16 participants were placed into positions earning an average of $21.75/HOUR (not including 10 alumni placed into new positions averaging $18.02/HOUR).

Program structure: starts with person-centered certified nursing assistant training, including professional development instruction, wrap-around support services, placement assistance, and long-term alumni advancement services.
