Shelter

Safe harbor's emergency shelters are confidentially located in three upstate south carolina counties (greenville, anderson, and oconee). Services offered for survivors and their children include a safe place to stay, food and household supplies, advocacy services, and client support needs.

Community Services

Safe harbor's community services include clinical psychotherapy, case management, legal advocacy, and domestic abuse education. Services are available to survivors in greenville, anderson, pickens, and oconee counties in upstate south carolina.

Housing Assistance

Safe harbor provides housing assistance to survivors of domestic abuse for up to 24 months. Housing clients receive rent and utilities assistance as well as access to case management and supportive services. From 01/01/2025 - 09/30/2025, 34 households - including 34 adults and 60 children - received housing assistance.
