General Loan Program

Capital impact partners provides loans and financial services to small business owners, developers, and other local leaders who are the engines of job creation and economic activity in underfunded communities across the country. When these leaders have the opportunity to succeed, their communities, their residents and our country thrive.

Acting as the lead cdfi, capital impact partners, along with the low income investment fund and reinvestment fund, was awarded $30 million by wells fargo in 2021 as part of their growing housing developers initiative.

Ediedi combines capital impact partner's role as a provider of catalytic capital and its development expertise into a program that supports underfunded local developers with formalized technical assistance and development financing.
