The mission of Tiny House Community Development is to be a coalition of diverse individuals and local organizations who aim to reduce homelessness by engaging in public and private partnerships to create a Tiny home Community. Working alongside people experiencing homelessness, our goal is to encourage positive Community engagement and foster an educational experience in a welcoming environment.

The company continues to work and develop tiny house communities in greensboro, high point and winston-salem to develop tiny house communities. Since developing and renting the first tiny house in 2018, we have developed two communities, with a third community planned for late 2022 or early 2023.
