The mission of Tiny House Community Development is to be a coalition of diverse individuals and local organizations who aim to reduce homelessness by engaging in public and private partnerships to create a Tiny home Community. Working alongside people experiencing homelessness, our goal is to encourage positive Community engagement and foster an educational experience in a welcoming environment.

The company continues to work and develop tiny house communities in greensboro, high point and the surrounding area to develop tiny house communities. Our 6 unit community in greensboro has been occupied since 2019. We currently will have 8 units available in high point by june 2021, and 2 more by august 2021.
