School empowerment network (sen) is a non-profit organization that leverages the power of strong school leadership and design to dramatically improve options and outcomes for students. We DO this by helping school districts develop home-grown and self-sustaining leadership pipelines to rapidly improve student achievement, as well as by recruiting, training, and supporting school entrepreneurs to open new, high-performing schools.

The sen new school design fellowship is a year-long program that supports leaders in designing and launching new, high-quality, inclusive schools. Through six core modules, fellows develop a clear mission and vision, strong instructional and cultural foundations, effective systems, and the leadership skills needed to lead change.
