1-AFFORDABLE creative spaces for artists to create, showcase their work, develop audiences, and build sustainable careers. In 2024, we had long-term rentals at below-market rates with 5+ visual artists under black art ecology of portland, 2 music producers, 1 theater company, and 1 arts education nonprofit.
