Young People Core Programs Programs for Young People Inside/Impacted by Systems: Over the past year, Lineage taught our core trauma-sensitive mindfulness programs to young people (12-24) in/impacted by systems at 8 sites across NYC, including detention centers, a family shelter, and public and charter high schools.

Community Program This year, our third Community Program cohort graduated. This 10-16-week, cohort-based, intensive mindfulness training program teaches teenagers about mindfulness in the context of the nervous system and neurobiology.
