Provided services to At Risk Youth in After school program. Provided support, reflective criticism and advice to participants to improve their personal effectiveness in school and helpprepare them for the work environment. MADE hosted two Fair Chance hiring job fairs, that 34 employers and a total of 523 job seekers.
