Mindfulness training provided within the school setting, including 3-12-WEEK classroom curriculum, 1-2 session student workshops, professional development workshops, and parent workshops, as well as virtual and digital options for online delivery of each type.

Mindfulness coaching is one-on-one or small group mindfulness sessions, provided by schools, community programs, grant funding, or parents, with a specific focus such as coping with grief following a tragedy or the improved well-being of at-risk or incarcerated youth.
